Standard House Cleaning

See below for the list of items we will cover. You may want to relax at home from work. Maybe you want to work out instead of cleaning. Or even get to do something for once on the weekend and not have to clean! 

  • Bathrooms (toilets, showers & doors, bathtubs, vanities, mirrors, lightbulbs  faucets, countertops, cabinets, floor, carpet)
  • Kitchen( Small kitchen appliances, stovetop, OUTSIDE of appliances such as tops of refrigerator, ovens, dishwashers, trash cans, etc.), sink, stainless steel appliances, countertops, floor, any rugs/mats
  • Bathrooms (toilets, showers & doors, bathtubs, vanities, mirrors, faucets, countertops, cabinets, floor, carpet)
  • Dining Room (Table, floor, rugs)
  • Bedrooms (nightstands, beds, lamps, mirrors, floor, rugs)
  • Dust all reachable areas
  • All light switches will be wiped
  • All soft floors will be vacuumed
  • All hard floors will be mopped with disinfectant cleaner

STR Turnover Cleaning

Includes ALL of the services included in “Standard House Cleaning” and:

  • Take PRE-CLEAN videos/photos and POST-CLEAN videos/photos
  • Report all damage IMMEDIATELY for insurance claim
  • Remove trash from all trash cans. Take cans out to curb if requested
  • Check battery of health of all smart devices
  • Replace linens, make the beds 
  • Reorganize decorations, align picture frames
  • 2 loads of laundry included. Any loads more than that, will be billed separately
  • Empty dishwasher (if available) and place into appropriate place. Dishwashing may be billed separately

The Deep Clean

All services included in “STR Turnover Cleaning” and:

  • OUTSIDE and INSIDE of Major appliances
  • doors, knobs, casings
  • Blinds/curtains
  • Cabinets
  • Window sills
  • Base boards
Best suited for properties BEFORE you take professional photographs for your Vacation Rental Listing. We also recommend this service on a quarterly basis for all short term rentals to maintain the highest level of cleanliness for your property and guests.
